I was officially trained to become a Hatha Yoga Teacher. But my own personal journey of healing and freeing myself of self-limiting thought patterns and emotional crisis thanks to Kundalini Yoga inspired me to deepen my practice.
I’ve been practicing and teaching this beautiful ancient technology with others ever since.
And for me, teaching means sharing what’s in my heart.
It’s a blessing to able to feel called to become a Kundalini Yoga teacher and be a channel of Love to bring this healing art to the world.
“Kundalini yoga classes are a dynamic blend of postures, pranayama, mantra, music & meditation, which teach you the art of relaxation, self-healing & elevation. Balancing body and mind enable you to experience the clarity and beauty of your soul. No previous experience in yoga is required for you to achieve results with your very first class.” ~ – Yogi Bhajan, who introduced this sacred science in the West in the 1960s.
Kundalini Yoga is a completely holistic practice, suitable for all ages, fitness levels, shapes, and sizes. Regular practice increases physical strength, vitality, and flexibility, and brings a sense of balance, calm, clarity, self-acceptance and inner peace.
So today I’m so happy I’ve found the only place on the entire island that does yoga, I figure ah it’ll be hatha.. & what do I find this fantastic pocket rocket of a kundalini teacher! What a wonderful place, save the bees in Phu Quoc is a great little family run place where they are looking after the islands bees, they are strong supporters of the bee. A lovely little cafe serving some food & honey based drinks. Their focus is educating tourist how important bees are & how we must look after them. Which is just wonderful!!! They are recycling, & growing their own food, fruit trees, vegetables, mushroom & medical herbs garden. Support this lovely family, they are looking after Phu Quoc native bees. And of course also the wonderful yoga teacher Linh, she is a avid kundalini teacher. Must visit!”- Kim M, Sydney, Australia
